What you eat, what you don’t eat matter…just as important is

managing your emotions/ stress levels.



The most important undertaking there is -the decision to grow people, and set them loose in the world. I’m going to give you the advantage.

A giant salad with chicken, beans, and cheese (plus greens and homemade dressing)

Pregnancy Herbs

Brewer’s yeast – This is nutritional yeast that is high in B vitamins and other trace minerals.
